Personality:
Colette herself is quite very calm natured. But that is one part of her personality. She has two sides to her that is apart of her. One part is her gentle side which is seen often but the other side is her angry side...which is hardly ever shown. Unless you provoke her which is never a good thing to do. But often she's never provoked into anything to cross over into her bad side or in her dark side. So it's not often you see that side.
This is the good part of Colette's personality. Colette is very responsible. She has a job as a waitress that she has to manage and keep calm about. It's the type of job that makes her feel very stressed. But she manages to keep herself all calm, cool and collected throughout it. Colette is very much a romantic. She loves anything romantic from romance films to novels. She's kind of a hopeless romantic and likes anything to do with romance. She's pulled into anything romantic and she fully enjoys her romantic side to her. Colette has a little bit of a comedian side of her that she is unaware of. She has this ability to make people laugh with what she says like within a joke or with her reactions to things.
But overall, the most important thing to notice about Colette's good side of her personality is that she is very sweet. It is the most important part about her. Colette is very sweet and kind towards others. She has a power to heal others which not many know about but she thinks she has it because she likes to help others. She likes to lend a hand to anyone that would need it and she is very kind hearted to anyone.
But then there is the bad part of Colette's personality that no one seems to see unless she unleashes her bad side. Well,it's techinally not a bad side...she just calls it that as it is a side of her that is not seen often. Colette often tends to have a bad temper when she is pushed to the limit or some amount of things happen to her that have made her a bit angry and lets out her feelings in a giant rage that she makes her seem not very innocent and sweet. She is also very impatient she doesn't like to wait for things too long sometimes.

Biography:
Colette Elizabeth Archer was born in a hospital in the early morning of December 2nd twenty years ago in Paris,France as the only child to Phillippe and Marie Archer. Colette was born to a family of moderate wealth. The Archers weren't very rich nor were they very poor but they had lived in France for most of their lives and knew they wanted to raise their daughter better so when they possibly could, they grabbed whatever they could and took themselves and their young daughter onto a plane to live in the United States. Colette never remembered much of her childhood except that she and her family generally lived in New York. Colette remembered that her mother mostly raised her while her father worked and payed for her schooling and everything. Colette was close to her mother and generally liked to follow within her example since she was nice and calm towards everyone. It is something she'd like to live by even to herself to this day.
Colette's teen years was quite moderate for her. But it wasn't until she turned seventeen that she felt her life completely changed. It wasn't until she was in an PE class that she saw a hurt classmate and when others rushed over to help including her,she reached out her hands to help him up so his scratch from his fall be cleaned but as she opened her palms to him and he touched her hand,he stood up with Colette helping him. It wasn't until a classmate shouted that his knee was healed that Colette knew something was wrong with her. Well, not really wrong...just different. It was in that time and the months that followed that Colette realized she was unlike what the other students were...she didn't even dare to tell her parents that she had the power of healing others. She never told anyone...she was too embarassed to and too afraid to. She was afraid to use her powers because she thought she would be used for everything to do with healing. It was until until she turned nineteen that she realized that she would have liked to use her powers for something else. Maybe her life would have turned out better...
By the age of nineteen,Colette had graduated high school but she too was also left as an orphan for both her mother and her father died by burglars robbing their home and shooting them when they resisted. Colette had come home to find them dead and she was too late to save them. To this day,Colette had wished she would have saved them. Since the murder of them in the past year,Colette has been working as a waitress in a cafe and also studying to be a dancer on the side. She has to hide her power of healing. She knows it would only bring her sadness but she doesn't drown herself in her sorrows but she lives on. She knows it's what her family would want of her. Colette hasn't had very good relationships as of lately because it never ends up well for her. Every relationship she has turns sour. Colette has the very strong belief that she will be in her lonely state for most of her life.
She's just a hopeless romantic hoping to have one good relationship and would understand her for her. Not just because she can heal others.[/ul][/size]

The leaves were falling again from the trees which could only mean one thing. Fall had been here to stay. Colette knew the seasons of her native land France without a doubt within her mind. She had been here for so many years and of course since being introduced into the French court, she had come to know Versailles almost like a book even. She was the closet friends to the eldest French princess! Not many courtiers could say that but Colette wasn't a bragging type. It was not what she was raised to be. It was not what her parents would have wanted of her. But of course it wasn't. Colette of course wanted to go against it with all her might for such a long time. For when she was introduced to court, she had watched as courtiers and others fall in love for the longest time. It made her hurt to see it. It made her heart crumble to the point where she had refused all invitations to balls or any social events. She had refused to let herself watch it any longer but then suddenly...that all seemed to change. Everything seemed to change. That was when he appeared in court.
Count Guillaume Foucault.
Ah,even thinking his name made her grin as she walked through the halls over Versailles. Colette was in one of those days where she seemed to walk aimlessly throughout the halls. She was just thinking to herself about things or mainly about him...the first days when he appeared in court. She remembered how much the ladies could have gossiped that day. Unlike most days, she remembered hearing them gossip and giggle about the new count in court and originally,Colette would not have come to know him if she did not come to the ball that was held later on. She only accepted it on the invitation of her dear friend,Clemence. It would have been rude to not accept. But she did and arrived at the ball and that's when she first caught sight of him. Not even Colette could predict upon how she would be affected that day. She could have sworn that her heart had stopped if not flutter when she first saw him. He was indeed very handsome but the feeling that seemed to come over her...it was unlike anything she had ever felt. She was even so embarrassed of her emotions swelling through her. She thought to introduce herself but was too overwhelmed to...but when he introduced himself to her first,it made her feel relieved.
She in time had gotten to know him and she had become quite entranced by him. Even more so that she felt a strong fondness if not a strong liking towards him. He was a poet and Colette found that so remarkable as she was quite the woman of the arts. Colette had spoken for some time but it had been most a long time since she recently spoke to him...it made her wonder. She wondered if he had become bored with her company. It made her sad but also rather curious. She knew that she was curious because she knew she had begun to develop a feeling that she thought she could not feel. Yes,love was beginning within the countess's heart.
Colette's walk now had brought her to the grand gardens of Versailles or perhaps her most favorite place in the palace. It was large and vast in its size but this place was where Colette liked being the most. She didn't know why but every time that she was here, she always smiled. But now as she walked, she had a curious look upon her face and it was a look of wonder...she wondered where the count had gone to? Colette walked towards a stone bench and sat down upon it,looking over the scenary in front of her as she began to think and wonder. But her thinking had once again come back to him...he could not escape her mind.
