Personality: Nyx is quite an unusual girl. She's rebellious and adventureous, and tends to like to cause mayhem. Devious, deceptive, sneaky and clever are good ways to describe her, and she works solo. This girl has a talent for hotwiring and repairing cars, as well as breaking into buildings. She never gets caught, either. She can also be flirty and a tease, and quite a bit of a slut. She's also got a habit of choosing some unusual pets.
Her downsides would be the fact she's a bitch, and she knows it. Sarcasm is one of her fluent languages. She's also got a horrible temper, and will snap if you piss her off. And she's scary when she's mad. She isn't afraid to speak her mind, unless it'll get her into even more trouble. And she isn't very trusting due to her past. Biography: It was a cold October night when the baby was born, inside a hospital in Los Angeles, California. With her father, Hal, at her mother, Wyona's, side, they welcomed Nyx into the world. With her mother's looks, she was beautiful. In a well-established, safe area, the family brought Nyx home and they were happy.
As the little girl grew, she gained her father's personality. Her love of knowledge had her learning things at an early age, always having her nose in a book of some sorts. She loved to figure things out, and explore with her father. Her mother, however, distanced herself from her daughter because Nyx was timid and not the bubbly popular girl she wanted. Nyx ignored this, however, spending her time either alone or with her father.
But of couse, all good things come to an end. Her father was killed in a car accident when she was thirteen, sending her into depression. Without the income, Nyx and her mother moved to New York City, into a rather ghetto-ish neighbourhood, and her mother worked two full-time jobs. Her mother also started drinking and drugs, completely distancing herself from the daughter that looked after her. That's when Trevor came in, a customer at her mother's waitressing job who took an interest in her... and Nyx.
Not long after, her mother married Trevor, and they moved into his suburban bungalow. Trevor continued to advance on Nyx, and when she turned fourteen he began raping and abusing her, his favourite tool to use was his knife. Of course, her mother didn't care. After two years, Nyx found the acceptance letters. Her mother, under Trevor's influence, had hidden them from her. She packed her things and took off, leaving to Tatum after hearing of it in a brochure given by a stranger, and trying to forget the horrible past that would always haunt her.
