-- OPEN MY EYES AND ITS AMAZING
Dislikes: commitment, love, liars, weak people (they make him nauseous), cats, working, early mornings, out doors, the sun, clingy girls or guys
Habits/Quirks: his eyes narrow a lot when he thinks about something very hard * he chews on his bottom lip like crazy * constantly brushes his teeth
Fears: falling in love – only to lose the person ; getting an std
Secrets: slept with an older/married woman for money
Personality:
Carson is the guy you call when you’re in need of a good time. He likes to sleep around, he likes to party and he loves having lots of friends. He’s funny and charming, but don’t expect him to settle down any time soon. He likes his freedom and lives it up. He doesn’t like to let anything get in his way of that. He’s mostly in to drinking but he’s been in to recreationla drugs, nothing too hard core. He likes to smoke cigarettes, mostly when he’s drinking or nervous. He loves his job as a bartender because it lets him meet a lot of people.
As much as Carson can be nice, he can be just as mean. It’s better to stay on his good side and off of his bad side. Carson can be a mean mother fucker; he can be crude, ruthless and ugly if given the oppurtunity – though he prefers not to be. He doesn’t like weak people and he really doesn’t care for people’s sob stories because he has one of his own that he doesn’t like to talk about. He’s a huge flirt and he likes to get along with people unless given a reason not too.

Biography:
Carson’s life before the Island was hell. He was born and raised in Chicago, IL with his parents Henry and Claudia. He was an only child and they would tell you right off the bat that Carson was a mistake. They had been married for years and never wanted children. Even after Carson was born he wasn’t wanted and his parents made damn sure that he knew just how much he was a burden on in their lives. He was emotionally, physically and verbally abused. Things only seemed to get worse as he got older. His father came home one night in a drunken rage and trashed Carson’s room, destroying his things that Carson had managed to buy on his own with money he’d saved up from doing odd jobs over the summer. The two most important things he destroyed were Carson’s guitar and keyboard.
When Carson turned thirteen he realized that he was different. He could feel something strange going on and he had already hit puberty – so he knew it wasn’t that. It was something else completely. It wasn’t until a year or so later that he found out exactly what it was. He had the ability to view and control dreams of people – some people that he didn’t even know. When he tried to talk to his parents about this, it seemed like things only got worse. It wasn’t until he was fifteen that things really started getting weird. First his mother was killed in a drive by shooting at her work – in the middle of the day. And then his father was hit by a car on the freeway and instantly killed. Carson probably should have felt some remorse, but he didn’t.
Things were kind of hazy after that, but all he really remembered was being shipping away to live with some unknown relative that he had never heard of before. That was when he arrived here. He rebelled at first, but it didn’t seem to bother most of his teachers once he was enrolled in to the school. He was able to get a handle on his ability and soon was able to do things he hadn’t quite seen before. Since graduating he has been working as a bartender at one of the hottest spots in town, and he plays in a band as the rhythm guitars and plays on the keyboard.

Emilio glanced down at his dark blue jeans and button up baby blue shirt. He had the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and his hair was fixed neatly. His heart was thudding in his chest nervously and he couldn’t quite figure out why. He and Kodie were already technically dating and had been spending a lot of time together lately, but he supposed it had something to do with tonight being their first actual date. He was taking her out to the little Italian restaurant – even though he knew his sister cooked food that was usually better than most restaurants they went to. He ran a hand through his hair and chewed on his bottom lip. His stomach was tying in knots and he was hoping that everything went perfectly tonight.
He needed to shake his nerves, they were starting to get the best of him and he hated that. Rolling his shoulders, he grabbed his cell phone and his wallet and headed out in to the living room. He tossed his pregnant sister a small grin before heading to the door. Ronnie just laughed a little and went back to watching whatever was on TV. Emilio headed towards Kodie’s grandparent's house on foot. The restaurant wasn’t that far of a walk and he hoped that she didn’t mind walking with him – he thought it might give them some time to talk, even though they practically knew everything about each other since they had been spending a lot of time together.
Em was pretty sure that she was a keeper; she had survived a visit from his parents and that meant a lot in his book. His mother tended to be a little interrogator when it came to relationships, he had seen her do it a time too many with any of Ronnie’s boyfriends. Especially when they were in Miami and she met Edward for the first time – and Ronnie wasn’t even dating him at the time. Pressing his lips together he shook the thought away. Kodie has also made an impression on his dad, which really spoke volumes. The man was something else, that was for sure. He treated Emilio different than he did Ronnie, and Em never really knew why. Ronnie wasn’t a bad kid – well, okay maybe that was a bit of a white lie. She got in to some trouble back home, which was why their dad decided to ship her up here, but she wasn’t extremely bad – Em had known worse and seen worse. But, for whatever reason, Emilio Hollis Senior, didn’t find anything Ronnie ever did good enough. Emilio was a different story, being the junior, he did everything right – even when he didn’t. A lot of the time it was nice, but he felt bad for his sister. He usually stuck up for her, which would make his dad back off a little bit.
Shaking the thoughts away, Emilio walked up to the door of Kodie’s grandparent’s house and knocked. Stepping back he waited patiently for her to answer the door, having sent her a text earlier that day letting her know that he was taking her out and when he’d be there – he hoped that she was ready. Even if she wasn’t he’d wait for her. He would wait all day if he had too. But he knew Kodie well enough to know that she wouldn’t keep him waiting; she wasn’t one of those high maintenance girls and he was pretty thankful for that. Chewing on his bottom lip he waited patiently and nervously for her to come to the door.
