Personality:
Kennedy is the type of girl who usually gets along with everyone and sometimes too well. She is pretty care free and doesn’t judge anyone before getting to know them. She’s one of those people who’s friends with everyone; the jocks, the cheerleaders, the band geeks, the arty kids and the average ones. She doesn’t see anything more than what people give her. She tries her best to come off as a pretty cool chick and someone who likes to always have a good time –which she usually does.
She hides a lot of who she really is deep down, because she doesn’t want anyone to know what happened to her before she moved to Tatum three years ago. She tries desperately to hide the truth and lets go of anyone who tries to get too close to her and finding out the truth. Which is why she usually tends to have more one-night tands and flings than anything. She’s never had an actual relationship before and wouldn’t even know how to act if she did.

Biography:
The first thirteen years of Kennedy Tenley’s life were pretty normal. She had a loving mother and father that doted on her as the only child. But when she turned thirteen things started to change. Her father was caught in a huge scandal at his company for sexual harassment and her mother started to drink. At thirteen she had become her father’s personal toy and he used her whenever he wanted, telling her that it was her duty as his daughter to appease him—no matter what. By the time she was almost fifteen Kennedy had worked up the courage to put a stop to this. She called the cops one night when her father was trying to force himself on her, but she was trying her damnedest to fight him off. He and her mother were both arrested and Kenned was taken away.
Since her mother, nor her father had any living family, she was placed with her Godparents that she had never even met before. It was a huge adjustment for all three of them, but Elizabeth and Joshua Mercer took her in with open arms. Joshua is a teacher at the local high school, he is a history teacher and Elizabeth is a nurse. They get along pretty well, but after the reality of what she had gone through hit her, Kennedy changed.
She turned in to a partying, wild, almost uncontrollable person at first. She was out every night past curfew and was getting pierced and tat’d up without their consent. Elizabeth sat down and talked with her and she calmed down, for a little while. Now out of school, Kennedy works as a waitress while she takes some online classes for her major of fashion and design.
